For more than 45 years Pink Jeep Tours has been providing the most talked about off-road adventures in the Southwest.
It all started in Sedona when a local businessman named Don Pratt would take potential clients into the surrounding area to show them real estate. Broken Arrow Estates at Morgan Road was one of thirteen subdivisions Don was responsible for developing.
Broken Arrow is the original tour and is still today the most popular tour in Sedona.
Don was a well-known jazz musician from California and sold the majority of his early real estate to friends and visitors from California. His tours were the "perfect vehicle" for accomplishing this.
Why Pink Jeep Tours?
Because Pratt had visited the Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Waikiki Beach, where everything -- vehicles, buildings and uniforms -- was pink. Almost coincidentally, Henry Kaiser owned the hotel and also built Willys Jeep Vehicles. Obviously, the company had to be named Pink Jeep Tours!
Pink Jeep Tours is synonymous with experiencing Sedona and continues to provide visitors with their longest-lasting impression of the red-rock country and Sedona.
